General and confidential information. Any indication requires an in-person examination and assessment by a qualified surgeon.
01 · Hymenoplasty
Hymenoplasty reconstructs hymenal tissue using available local tissue. The request must be freely made by an adult woman.
Depending on tissue and timing, remnants may be joined or a reconstruction performed. Tissue can be reconstructed, but durability and a specific outcome during intercourse cannot be promised.
Gentle hygiene and temporary avoidance of intercourse, tampons, baths, swimming and sport. The consultation is private and takes place with the patient alone.
Infection, bleeding, wound opening, a painful scar, excessive narrowing, a temporary result or no bleeding are possible.
02 · Vaginoplasty
Vaginoplasty tightens the vaginal walls and may repair perineal muscles stretched by childbirth.
The main goals are tone and perineal support. Supervised pelvic-floor rehabilitation should usually be tried before surgery.
A gynaecological examination checks for prolapse, incontinence, infection or another cause. Several weeks without intercourse, tampons, baths, swimming, sport or straining are needed.
Pain during intercourse, over-tightening, wound opening, infection, haematoma, a retractile scar or persistent symptoms are possible.
03 · Mons pubis reduction
The mons pubis may have excess fat, loose skin after weight loss, or both, causing discomfort in clothing, sport or hygiene.
Liposuction suits excess fat with elastic skin. Loose skin requires excision with a low horizontal scar and may be combined with a tummy tuck.
Compression, sometimes prolonged swelling, and temporary restrictions on exertion, sport, baths and intercourse.
Seroma, delayed healing, infection, lymphatic swelling, asymmetry, altered sensation, scar widening and thromboembolic complications.
04 · Labia majora fat transfer
Fat is removed from another area, prepared and injected in small amounts into the labia majora when volume has been lost.
The result is judged after several months. Surviving fat becomes living tissue and then responds to weight changes.
Marked early swelling, bruising and donor-site discomfort. Direct pressure, cycling, sport and intercourse are temporarily avoided.
Resorption, asymmetry, nodules, oil cysts, fat necrosis, infection, haematoma and donor-site irregularities.
05 · Labia majora reduction
The procedure removes excess skin, fat or both when they cause friction, moisture, irritation or discomfort.
Loose skin may be removed in the natural crease. Excess fat with elastic skin may sometimes be treated with gentle liposuction.
Swelling and local care. Intercourse, baths, swimming, sport, cycling, prolonged sitting and tight clothing are temporarily restricted.
Wound opening, infection, haematoma, asymmetry, altered sensation, chronic pain, under- or over-resection.
06 · Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty reduces the labia minora when size causes friction, irritation, sport discomfort, pinching or pain.
An edge trim or wedge resection may be proposed depending on anatomy. The main goal is less genuine discomfort; perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed.
Marked and sometimes uneven swelling, gentle care and several weeks without intercourse, sport, baths, swimming or tight clothing.
Wound opening, infection, haematoma, pain, asymmetry, altered sensation, under- or over-resection.
